Tapmi app is designed for better interaction between students, teachers, parents, and management. This app provides timely feedback as well as helps to build a better relationship with parents.
The features of this App is to schedule Appointments: Parents should schedule an appointment to meet the faculty or management before they visit the Institute. If they have an appointment, they have to just show the acknowledgement at the gate and this saves waiting time. This appointment now is mandatory for all off-campus visitors.
Leaves and night outs: Students can avail leaves and night outs by giving the details in this app, which will be recorded. Last minute emergency leaves can be just notified to the Institute using this app. This way, leaves and night outs can be tracked by both students and management.
Post and Track complaints: This allows students to post their grievances regarding the facilities and services. So it can be tracked and escalated for faster resolution. This can be used by either parent or student to bring an issue to the management.
